For the first time in the history of the organization, Mexico received Shihan Andrew Rekunov.
The seminar was held November 12-14, 2021 in Mexico City. Shihan worked techniques and strategies aimed towards the Full Contact Kumite rules. The protocols and regulations before each fight were reviewed and aligned.
Shihan Rekunov, in conjunction with the Shin karate & Seikyokushin Mexico team, worked with the smaller warriors who showed their great spirit with a pair of kumites at the end of their seminar. The adults tried their best to learn the many combinations and concepts explained by Shihan Rekunov.

Sensei Bernardo Volni? – Sandan
Sensei Ana Cristina G?mez – Sandan
Sempai Eduardo Gomez – Nidan
The school in Mexico is very grateful for Shihan’s visit. Manuel Contreras, the new representative of Central America, says goodbye with the following words: “This is the beginning of a strong and long lasting friendship and collaboration. We are proud to belong to Shin Karate & Seikyokushin and we will work very hard to make the organization grow. ”
Similarly, sensei Bernardo Volni? said: “It was refreshing to see the perspective of someone like Shihan Rekunov. I realize that we are strong and resilient as a school. Still, we will train very hard, raise our level and be ready for the next events and tournaments. Osu! ”
Mexico had an excellent experience with the visit of Shihan Andrew Rekunov. As an organization, we will do our best to promote this style in Mexico and make Shin Karate & Seikyokushin grow on this continent.

Por primera vez en la historia de la organizaci?n, M?xico recibi? a Shihan Andrew Rekunov.
El seminario se imparti? en la Ciudad de M?xico. Se trabajaron t?cnicas y estrategias orientadas hacia el reglamento de Full Contact Kumite; se hizo un repaso sobre el reglamento y los protocolos a seguir antes de cada combate.
Shihan Rekunov, en conjunto con el equipo de Shin karate & Seikyokushin M?xico, trabaj? con los guerreros m?s peque?os quienes demostraron su gran esp?ritu con un par de kumites al final de su sesi?n.
