November 14, 2021 in Baku, was held Open Full Contact Karate Tournament of Baku city.
The organizer is Azerbaijan Seikyokushin Karate and Azerbaijan Full Contact Karate WFKU.
On November 14, 2021, the Azerbaijan Seikyokushin Karate Representation held the Baku 2021 Open Cup, dedicated to the first anniversary of the end of the Second Karabakh War.
The competition was held in categories Kata and Kumite, among children and youth, with the support of the Baku Department of the Ministry of Youth and Sports. The venue of the competition is the sports complex of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in Baku.
The Main Judge and Organizer is the owner of 5th dan and the National Representative of Seikyokushin in Azerbaijan – Shihan Gabil Sayadov.
In the context of a pandemic, quarantine measures were observed – there were no spectators in the stands, age categories were divorced by time and admission to the sports complex, no more than 2 people were allowed from each club per category.
